Me, being the daughter of EngTakey-Allah Helmy – Chairman and founder of Taki group , a man who once pioneered in the development of the Egyptian industry with loyalty and dedication and at the same time, my organization being part of those third world countries organizations’ , I have decided here in High Charisma to play the part expected from me to the good of my beloved country Egypt following the footsteps of my dear father giving all the expertise and wisdom that he gave me added to my personal efforts and studies and expertise for the good of all stake holders. By this I will feel that I have put my humble contribution to the wellbeing of my country and its people.
After 2011 revolution myself and my loyal team at High Charisma , we have decided to concentrate our efforts in helping Egyptian people and organizations with the tools that empowers the Human Capital to be able to reach the hoped-for goals for themselves and their country. We educate train and help recruite business professionals as well as fresh graduates. MBA , executive Diplomas , Soft skills courses , English courses and computer courses are all offered to help individuals develop their career growth path with the demands of the new era we are living in Egypt now.
