To be the first Egyptian non profitable organization operating worldwide in the field of human development.
Our Mission

To bridge the gap in the Egyptian employment market between what the youth is taught and what is actually needed in the market regarding the interpersonal and professional skills. This is done through a team of volunteers, giving the latest and highest quality of training courses for charity.

Our Team

Bayan Team is considered a unique team within all the NGOs in Egypt. We offer community service but in a creative way. It is one of the very few NGOs that operates in the field of training and believe that we can make a difference in the quality of youths’ life.
