*18 days implant course, each candidate will place 2 Implants and apply Bone graft in patient mouth.
(1 simple case implant & advanced case with 1 implant and bone graft.)
*8 Workshops covering all sides of implants placement.
*Candidates will have the chance to assist in 2 of their colleagues surgeries.
* Registration limited to only 20 candidates

Anatomical limitations in maxilla and mandible
Classification of Available Bone for Implantology.
Sterilization and infection control.
Modern medical imaging (radiology, Ct-Scan).
Surgical and prosthetic planning.
Medical and dental evaluation. Surgical techniques.
Introduction to periodontology.(incision, dissection, suture). Implant prosthetics & maintenance.
Smile design.
Biomechanics.
Types of loading.
Soft tissue grafts types.
Immediate implant placement.
Sinus lifting.
Complications and failure.
Tissue guided regeneration, bone guided regeneration and membranes.
Overview of bone and soft tissue grafts (maxillary sinus grafting, premaxilla and mandibular grafting).
Bone compaction/expansion techniques
Overview of advanced implant techniques (ramus, tripodal, zygomatic, transosteal implants).
Overview of "Sophisticated" surgical techniques including nerve repositioning, microsurgery,
orthognathically assisted implant surgery.
Overview of piezosurgery and distraction osteogenesis.
Pre- implant consideration in implant dentistry.
laser regarding implants and its role in failure management Management of graft complications and prosthetic complications. Implant supported over dentures.
Advanced prosthetics & mini implants.
Marketing for dental implants and clinic management skills.

THE WORK SHOPS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1. X-ray tracing.
2. Surgical stent.
3. Flaps and suture techniques ( sheep head).
4. Implant insertion in foam mandible.
5. Soft tissue graft. ( sheep head)
6. Bone graft. ( sheep head)
7. Sinus lifting.
8. Live surgery.

Clinical work:

*Candidates will place 2 implants in patient mouth. (Included in course fees).
*Candidate will be able to place bone graft in patient.
(0.5 gm is included in course fees with 1 membrane).
*Candidate will make the prosthesis of the implant placed. (Included in course fees).

*Candidate will have to make Cone Beam C.T for his case
pre-operative and panoramic x-ray post operative
(Included in course fees).
*Each candidate will assist in 2 surgeries.
*Each candidate will bring his 2 implant cases.
