Experienced Corporate Trainers

ASCEND is hiring full-time or part time corporate trainers to work with ASCEND on key projects with immediate start. The ideal candidate must have at least 10-15 year experience working in the large multinational firms. She/He must be fluent in English and Arabic and has charisma to command a group of managers through a comprehensive training program. He/She is expected to have delivered training to managerial level participants previously, is well read, and has a practical experience with experiential and interactive learning techniques.         He will have the opportunity to accompany a master trainer for 1 or 2 sessions before being asked to deliver independently on behalf of ASCEND. An advanced degree will be preferred.
