Job Responsibilities:
- Identifies and priorities Division training needs and produces a training plan to maximize on pay back and resource in conjunction with Division sales Managers
- Drives sales growth by producing an individual training plan for each assigned Area sales Manager together and approved by Division sales Manager to meet key performance indicators
- Recommends and agrees key activities/behaviors to address, to meet those indicators and measures own impact on those -results
- Provides reports and feedback on Area Division sales Manager Performance
- Support new Area sales Manager training and operational support through first months.
- Supports the implementation of new strategies.
- Contributes to the development of Sales Leadership.
- Supports the new Area sales Managers training program in line with the National Field Training Program.
- Supports the ongoing development of ASM’s in line with the National Field Training Program.
- Conducts ASM field training.
- Implements field fundamentals.
- Acts as a role model for ASM and Sales Leaders by demonstrating ‘best practice
- Leads and sets a high standard in all aspects of Area Management.
Job Requirements:
- Creative ability and conceptual skills.
- Training management.
- Trainer qualifications.
- Field sales experience is essential.
